Job Responsibilities:

• Assist executive team members in creating, and growing business for the organization as per the instruction of MD/CEO.
• To act as the Supervisor of the Operation team under the overall guidance of the MD/CEO.
• Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.
• To manage customers’ Portfolio, ensure customer support, services, trading on the trends of the Capital Market. Implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy and operational execution.
• Lead company strategy development and operational plan implementation.
• Monitor Credit Risk Management.
• Any other function as instructed by higher Management, MD/CEO

Educational Requirements:

• Graduated from any public or private university.
• Proven experience in the Capital Market.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years

Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 35 years.
• Skills Required: Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
