He is the Managing Director of Diganta Sweaters Ltd., Cosmos Sweaters Ltd., Sweaters Zone Ltd., and Diganta Packaging &Accessories Ltd. He has generated employment for about 25,000 people and has contributed to the national economy with yearly turnover of about US$ 100.00 million from export. For his contribution he was awarded CIP for consecutive 4 terms by the Government of Bangladesh. He has received the “Golden Suppliers” award by H&Msix times since 2011 for proper and specialized export. Hehas also served as the Director of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BGMEA) for 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 term.
